Cyklop International has been implementing a quality assurance system for a long time and has also been certified to ISO 9001 since 1993.

Customer satisfaction and product quality are top priorities within Cyklop group. By constantly optimising the products, service and organisation we endeavour to fulfil or surpass our customers' requirements.

The quality management system conforming to ISO 9001:2000 serves continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, motivation of our members of staff and suppliers, as well as a continuous increase in our business results.

We actively support the subject of recycling and re-using plastic straps. Cyklop International is a founder member and shareholder of KBV (Kunststoffband Verwertungsgesellschaft mbH, Cologne).

KBV, which was established at the end of 1991, currently has 18 members and guarantees vis-à-vis the disposal sector that the plastic straps will be taken back and re-used. This means that KBV take back plastic straps from disposal partners and ensure that they are re-used or disposed of in an environmental-friendly manner in conformity with the German Packaging Ordinance.

In Italy Cyklop Srl is member of CONAI (National Packaging Consortium) for the re-using and the recycling of packages. In addition Div. Zucchelli Umet is part of COMIECO, national consortium for the recycling and the re-using of paper based packages and of FIPAGO: the international association of gummed paper tape producers.
